Katherine A. Jackson
Associate Attorney

Kate is an associate attorney at Williams Dirks Dameron. She represents clients on an individual and class-wide basis in a broad range of legal disputes. Her practice primarily focuses on class actions, commercial litigation, wage and hour class litigation, workplace discrimination, personal injury, and employment contract disputes.
Kate has years of experience in eDiscovery and has worked on a wide range of issues. She particularly enjoys working with litigation teams to identify critical evidence that strengthens clients’ cases. She is motivated to help individuals navigate our complex legal system and has done so throughout her career.
Kate graduated from the UMKC School of Law in 2018, where she served as Co-President of the LGBT+ Student Organization and Vice President of the Federal Bar Association Student Division during her second year. She participated in the Family Law and Guardian ad Litem Clinics, which provide pro bono services to members of the community. Kate also holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and English from UMKC.
A Kansas City native, Kate recently relocated to the Midcoast region of Maine. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking local trails and kayaking on the bay near her home. During the long New England winters, she can be found reading about medieval history, learning to crochet, or improving her baking skills.
