Platte County Water Quality Class Action
You recently received a court-authorized notice concerning a lawsuit that is pending against Missouri-American Water Company related to calcium scaling in Platte County.

To participate in the lawsuit, you do not need to do anything – you are automatically included by virtue of the Court’s Order certifying the Class.
To remove yourself from the lawsuit and not participate, you must submit an Exclusion Request to Williams Dirks Dameron LLC; 1100 Main Street, Suite 2600; Kansas City, Missouri 64105. It must be postmarked no later than October 7, 2018.
