Williams Dirks Dameron Files Nuisance Case on Behalf of Kansas City

Williams Dirks Dameron, along with its co-counsel Everytown Law, has filed a public nuisance lawsuit on behalf of the City of Kansas City, Missouri against a Nevada gun manufacturer, multiple current or former Kansas City-area licensed firearms dealers, an alleged gun trafficker and an alleged straw purchaser. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants’ conduct fueled gun violence in Kansas City by illegally trafficking handguns into the area.
