Kate A. Jackson, Associate Attorney

Kate is an associate attorney at Williams Dirks Dameron. She represents clients on an individual and class-wide basis in a broad range of legal disputes. Her practice primarily focuses on: class actions, commercial litigation, wage and hour class litigation, workplace discrimination, personal injury, and employment contract disputes.
Kate is a proud Kansas City native. Prior to law school, Kate studied medieval history and literature at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
During law school, Kate worked in the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law's Child and Family Services Clinic. As a student attorney in the Clinic, she represented families in a variety of matters and earned her Guardian Ad Litem certification. As a second-year student, Kate served as Vice President of the Federal Bar Association's Student Division and as the President of OutLaws, the L.G.B.T. and Allied Law Students group.
Kate currently lives in Leawood, Kansas. In her spare time, Kate volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Jackson County.
