John F. Doyle, Associate Attorney

John is an associate attorney at Williams Dirks Dameron. He represents clients on an individual and class-wide basis in a broad range of legal disputes. His practice primarily focuses on: wage and hour class litigation,
workplace discrimination, personal injury, and employment contract disputes. He is experienced in negotiating pre-lawsuit settlements as well as carrying out formal litigation when settlement is not an option.
Since joining the firm in March 2014, John has successfully represented clients through critical steps of the legal process. He has drafted and argued summary judgment motions in state and federal courts. He has obtained class certification in nationwide class actions. And he has first-chaired a trial in federal court to a successful verdict for his clients.
John has been recognized as a Rising Star in Missouri and Kansas by Super Lawyers.
John lives in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife, Mickaela, where he enjoys attending professional sporting events, staying active in recreational sports, and spending time with friends and family.
