Courtney is an associate attorney at Williams Dirks Dameron. Courtney represents clients on an individual and class-wide basis in a variety of legal areas. Her practice primarily focuses on class actions, wage and hour class litigation, workplace discrimination, and employment disputes.
Courtney was born in Kansas City, Missouri. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri in Columbia and received a dual degree in Business Management and Economics. After her undergraduate career, Courtney attended the University of Missouri for law school.
During law school, Courtney was President of the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta, a member of the Association of Women Law Students, and taught an introductory finance class to undergraduate students.
After law school, Courtney held a two-year term as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Roseann Ketchmark in the Western District of Missouri.
Courtney enjoys being in involved in the legal community in Kanas City. She was recently selected to participate in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (“KCMBA”)’s Bar Leadership Academy. She also serves on various committees including the KCMBA Golf Committee, KCMBA Young Lawyers Section Membership/New Lawyers Committee, KCMBA Public Service Committee, and the KCMBA Wellness Committee.
Courtney lives in the River Market area in Kansas City. In her free time, Courtney enjoys walking her dog, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with Care to Learn, a charity focusing on the hunger, health, and hygiene needs of children in Kansas City schools.
