Williams Dirks Dameron Investigates L’Oréal, Maybelline, Revlon and Dior

Williams Dirks Dameron LLC is investigating claims on behalf of consumers of L’Oréal, Maybelline, Revlon and Dior Cosmetic products, including:

  • L’Oréal Visible Lift Serum Absolute

  • L’Oréal Age Perfect Eye Renewal Cream/Eye Cream

  • L’Oréal Revitalift Bright Reveal Brightening Day Moisturizer

  • Maybelline Superstay Better Skin Skin-Transforming Foundation

  • Revlon Photoready Airbush Effect Foundation

  • Revlon Photoready Perfecting Primer

  • Dior Diorskin Nude Foundation

These L’Oréal, Maybelline, Revlon and Dior serums, creams, moisturizers, and foundations generally come in sealed, glass containers of a fluid ounce or less. They are generally available for purchase at big box retailers, such as Sephora, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Target, Ulta, Rite-Aid, and CVS, as well as on L’Oréal’s, Maybelline’s, Revlon's and Dior's websites.

Consumers are complaining that they cannot access all of the liquid cosmetic products from the manufactured bottles/containers. Consumers have reported that the pumps used with the products do not dispense large amounts of the liquid cosmetic products. Sometimes the pumps dispense as little as half the product.

Williams Dirks Dameron is investigating whether these pump-dispensed cosmetic products contain false, misleading, and deceptive labeling. Specifically, Williams Dirks Dameron is investigating whether the quantity of product claimed by L’Oréal, Maybelline, Revlon and Dior on these packages is deceptive and misleading.
