Claire Terrebonne, Of Counsel
Claire represents individuals, classes, and businesses in copyright and trademark, wage and hour, and consumer litigation, as well as other business disputes and commercial matters.
Before joining Williams Dirks Dameron, Claire was an associate with one of Kansas City’s largest firms representing corporate clients in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in federal courts and administrative tribunals.
Claire is also devoted to her public interest work as a Guardian ad Litem with Jackson County CASA, advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children.
Claire graduated from Washburn University School of Law. While there, she served as a research editor for the Washburn Law Journal, a research assistant to Professor Ronald C. Griffin, and a law clinic intern. Claire also received the prestigious J.L. Weigand, Jr., Notre Dame Legal Education Trust scholarship and several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.
