Williams Dirks Dameron, along with its co-counsel, has filed suit against and is continuing to investigate investment firms who fail to pay their brokerage and advisory customers reasonable interest rates on their cash sweep accounts.

These investment firms pay customers interest rates well below market rates and, in turn, generate massive profits for themselves. The lawsuits allege this is a violation of the investment firms’ duties to their clients.
